Blundell Classic Ford Museum

Make sure to visit the region’s newest highlight — the Blundell Classic Ford Museum, located on Cobra Road, Mareeba.

This impressive collection was started over a decade ago by local lime farmers Ron Blundell and his Ford-enthusiast son, Paul Blundell. Together, they’ve built a unique museum showcasing their passion for all things Ford, including classic cars, engines, tractors, and historical memorabilia.

The museum features seven sheds displaying an incredible array of 50 classic Ford cars, 50 tractors, stationary engines, and static regional history exhibits. The collection continues to grow, with plans to eventually showcase every Ford Falcon ute ever made — a true celebration of Ford’s legacy in Australia.

Open 7 days a week, the Blundell Classic Ford Museum also includes a gift shop stocked with Ford merchandise, collectible model cars, and limited-edition prints — perfect for enthusiasts and collectors alike.

Don’t miss the Cobra Café, serving delicious homemade sweets and treats. Group bookings are welcome by appointment.

If you’re exploring the Atherton Tablelands or looking for things to do in Mareeba, this one-of-a-kind Ford museum is a must-visit for car lovers, history buffs, and families.
